Victoria Saunders
Tell us a little about yourself (e.g. interests, occupation, life story, struggles and/or successes)
I am a full time student finishing up my degree in Athletic Training, I work part-time at SMHC Biddeford in the Emergency Department. I am very interested in working out, and improving so that is where you’ll find me when I am not in school or at work. Also I love animals so if you have one bring it in to see me!
How and When did you first discover CrossFit?
Fall 2017
How has CrossFit helped you?
CrossFit has increased my strength and given me a desire to work harder, as well as been an outlet for my life.
What is your favorite thing about the gym/CrossFit?
My favorite part about our gym is the people, our coaches are unique and interested in everyone on a personal level, and the other members have become people we look forward to seeing weekly if not daily.
Favorite Color?
N/A (but I tend to wear a lot of blue…)
Favorite Food?
Not sure I have a favorite, but I can always be convinced to eat steak or icecream at any given time.
Favorite Exercise/Personal Best?
Usually my favorite is whatever I am best at for any given day. However burpees tend to be one others hate so I choose to love and excell at.
Most Dreaded Exercise?

I’ve recently started to focus on changing my attitude toward what I dislike doing, so instead I’ll say that the things I dread are what I am bad at but those are where I spend most of my extra time.

Hayden Eilinger:

Tell us a little about yourself (e.g. interests, occupation, life story, struggles and/or successes)
I am a full time student dual enrolled in business and ROTC. I travel to NH weekly for my Air Force responsibilities. I am a part time firefighter/EMT. I am very dedicated to the sport of CrossFit and love the struggle of improving.
How and When did you first discover CrossFit?
Fall 2017
How has CrossFit helped you?
Educated me in the ways of pain.
What is your favorite thing about the gym/CrossFit?
Lance.

Royal Blue
Favorite Food?
Free food.

Wall balls
