Tell us a little about yourself:
I’m a Materials Technician at Pratt & Whitney in North Berwick Maine. Aside from CrossFit I enjoy 4-wheeling, fishing and kayaking with my husband and daughter.
How and When did you first discover CrossFit?
I joined CrossFit in March of 2018. I honestly had no clue what CrossFit was but heard about 5AM classes and that’s exactly what I needed. Walking into 207 I was nervous and definitely didn’t look like any other gym I had attended. I had an awesome first experience. Kyle spent over an hour reviewing movement prep, stretching and understanding my own abilities. I showed up that following Monday and been hooked ever since.
How has CrossFit helped you?
CrossFit has pushed me to step out of my comfort zone and truly enjoy a style of fitness I never knew existed.
What is your favorite thing about the gym/CrossFit?
The people. Everyone is so supportive which makes every day at 207 enjoyable.

Just want to thank all the coaches and the morning crew for helping me reach goals I never thought were possible. Big shout out to Lance Brown for the continuous push on technique, form, and always reaching for the next level. Hook grip/false grip I think I finally got it! And C2TW – you ladies have been amazing since day 1, I couldn’t be more thankful 🙂
