Tell us a little about yourself
Married my high school sweetheart, Kristie. We have been together since 1990,we have 2 great boys, Wyatt and Parker. I have worked in manufacturing field for over 25years. I enjoy spending time with family,friends and anything outdoors.
How and When did you first discover CrossFit?
I started CrossFit in Feb of 2016, it just so happen i walked in on a Friday night during the opens, after years of little to no success trying to get into shape by myself I was blown away with what was going on in the box. People flying around on the bars and cheering each other on, weight lifting styles I had never seen before. I was hooked, I didn’t know what this CrossFit thing was but i had to be a part of it, and so the journey begins for me.
How has CrossFit helped you?
I have learn so much about the importance of nutrition, using proper lifting techniques and how to train correctly. It has opened my eyes to a whole new world of fitness.
What is your favorite thing about the gym/CrossFit?
To me the icing on the cake is the relationships I have built in the box with the coaches and other members. I like most, walked into the box looking for fitness but ended up with so much more. The CrossFit community at our box and other boxes I have dropped into is absolutely amazing.

I would like to thank all the coaches for their infectious passion, drive, humbleness and engaging personalities. You all have inspired me to become a coach myself, I hope that i can have as much impact on others that you all have had in me.
