Tell us a little about yourself
I’m a mom of two amazing teenage/adult boys. I work at Wentworth Douglas Hospital as a caterer.
How and When did you first discover CrossFit?
I discovered crossfit when my husband Jason started. He would come home and talk about it with me every night. I went to the first competition he did that summer to watch his team and win!! I remember thinking no way would I ever do this or be capable of doing this. Wow!! A couple months later I decided to give it a try. I never thought in a million years I would love going to the gym as much as I do now.
How has CrossFit helped you?

Crossfit has helped me in so many ways, not only made me stronger but also to try things I never thought possible.

What is your favorite thing about the gym/CrossFit?

My favorite thing is definitely the coaches and the support from everyone in the community. Feels like a family ….not just a gym.
