CROSSFIT 207 & CROSSFIT HACK
In our group classes, functional fitness is brought to you in a fun, coordinated and easy to digest setting. The classes are lead by skilled instructors will coach you and the rest of the group through a warm-up, mobility, strength or coordination skill and finally a WOD for conditioning. Modifications can be made for each participant’s needs, goals and, constraints. We provide an assortment of start times, simply pick whichever is convenient, and then show up and get your fitness on.
CROSSFIT 207 ROLLING GYM:

Come and go as you please with instructors present and ready to train you any time of the day. No need to be locked into a schedule with our Rolling Gym option. Read more about the 207 Difference.
Personal On Ramp Series
Our one on one intro session is a private on ramp that is done on your schedule. You tell us the time and we’ll be there for you. This course is mandatory before being able to enter into classes or the rolling gym if you have never done CrossFit or demonstrate that you lack the prerequisite skills necessary to succeed in either the class or rolling gym environment.
10 sessions that are approximately an hour to an hour and half long. $225
CROSSFIT KIDS (AGES 7-11*)
Our CrossFit KIDS courses are run as a 45 minute class consisting of a warm up, skill piece, WOD and fitness-based game. Emphasis is placed on coordination, quality of movement, skill development and FUN! Without the latter, none of the former really matters.
Classes are run Mon/Wed/Fri from 5:15-6:00pm.
$90 Per Month if the parent is a member.
$100 Per Month if the parent is a non-member.
*Please note that acceptance into class is at the instructor’s discretion. Maturity will be the largest factor. A mature 6 year old might be able to attend, while a very immature 9 year old will not. Kids will be evaluated on a case by case basis. The above ages are strong guidelines, but not hard and fast rules.
CrossFit Kids is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. Further, the needs of second graders and high-school varsity wrestlers differ by degree and not kind; the program is scalable for any age or experience level and accounts for the varied maturation status one can find in a class full of kids. CrossFit Kids is designed to be minimalist; it is inexpensive and often requires little or no equipment, allowing a wide array of socioeconomic groups an opportunity to be physically fit and physically active throughout their lives.

Our Teen Group program is run as a recommended hour long block consisting of mobility, warm up, skill piece, and the WOD. Emphasis is placed on quality of movement, skill development, and metabolic conditioning. Teens use the same rolling gym programming as the adults and can work out along side them or with each other. Recommended times for teens are run from 4:00-5:00 PM during the school year, and all day during the Summer.
COMPETITOR POWER HOUR
Into competitive fitness? Looking for a competitive push? Want to race some fast folks through the WOD? Or need some precise cues for a lift? Our power hour will give you the knowledge, push, and edge you need.
COMPETITOR POWER HOUR
Work with any of our coaches for exclusive training, exercise prescription, and input. If you need help with one particular lift, gymnastic kip, mobility, etc., our staff can give you the cues and tools you need for success at your individual goals in a private one-on-one setting.
STRENGTH & STRETCH
A perfect complement to an active lifestyle. This class is focused on building body position awareness, strength, and mobility. Our CrossFit trainers will assist you with your specific health goals, ensuring you get the most out of your hour!
Our coaches are able to tailor our ongoing General Physical Preparedness program to fit the level of fitness of any individual that walks in the room. However, some individuals have specific goals or gaps in their skill set that require a specialized approach to training. Custom programming written specifically for that one athlete can help facilitate achievement and growth better than a generalized program in some cases.
207 BARBELL CLASS
Looking for emphasis on weightlifting? Checkout our Barbell Class which has a heavy emphasis on the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch. You’ll be coached through a warm-up, review technique and be actively cued during your lifts and work through relevant accessory movements, lifts and GPP drills.Available during all Rolling Gym hours
LADIES BARBELL CLUB
A class just for the gals. Review barbell lifts and techniques, find maxes and hang with friends in a comfortable “No Boys Allowed” atmosphere.
Get back to basics and build perfection. Doing the common uncommonly well is a skill highly sought after and we can help! Here, we break down technique for basic movement patterns to build efficiency and safety.
This program offers custom nutrition plans to enhance your CrossFit experience. Athletes of any ability level can benefit from nutritional advising by ensuring that they are properly fueling their bodies and recovering after training. These plans are available to all members and are based around your specific goals.
Back Again…. The Fit for Fall Bootcamp!
Ever wanted to try Functional Fitness? Awesome! We’ve got just the intro for you. Our Fit for Fall Bootcamp is a thorough and inclusive course that runs for just over 8 weeks. Some Bootcamp courses might go as far as 12 days worth of material. We exceed that by more than double, and offer 25 days of instruction, in which we cover all the foundational movements of CrossFit, Gymnastics, Weightlifting, Odd Object, Kettlebells, and a large assortment of traditional cardio modalities. Each day consists of an educational theory peice that helps you understand the “Whys” of what we do, a warm up, movement review, work out and a cool down.
Class runs from Oct 13th – Dec 8th at 8:30 AM at CrossFit 207 (Sanford, ME location) in the front room.
Classes run Tue, Wed and Fri.

Massage Therapy and Taping
In house Massage therapist available upon request. Sarah Gaither, LMT has an extensive background in powerlifting & fitness, and actively participates in 207 Athletics’ CrossFit programs. This gives her a unique insight into the needs of an athlete and how massage therapy can be best utilized for any of our members.
Kinesiology Taping is available upon request. With FMT Basic and Performance techniques, taping can promote blood flow, lymphatic draining, kinesthetic awareness and overall movement patterns. A quick and simple solution to movement faults or compensating movement patterns.
